Mold remediation is done by performing a Bio wash on all affected areas using an antimicrobial solution. After the affected area is treated it is dried using commercial grade dehumidifiers and air movers. The moisture content is then verified using a moisture meter on affected areas to assure that the moisture content level is 12% or below.
