Tom Pancoast has been a builder in the Philadelphia area and surrounding counties since 1977. Tom's training, development and expertise as a builder and contractor was fostered in part through his family lineage dating to the 1930s when his great grandfather helped develop the 69th & Market area of Upper Darby, Pennsylvania. Tom's father (S. Franklin Pancoast, Jr.) and grandfather (S. Franklin Pancoast Sr.) were also builders of residential and commercial properties in Delaware, Chester and Montgomery counties.
Tom has been involved in numerous development projects in Chester County including new construction and home renovations. Experience includes construction projects in Southeastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Tom's project skills include all levels of the approval and development process from engineering, management of contractors, strategic planning, site selection to contract negotiations and materials purchase.
Tom's experience includes owning and managing several businesses including Mulch-It which was founded with $4,000 of capital and peaked at $2.0 million in revenues with 20,000 customers.
